Park Forest, IL—(ENEWSPF)— Tower Cleaners is set to move to its new location in Downtown Park Forest this weekend. Owner Janet Fiorenzo said she is looking forward to the move, "I think it’s a blessing in disguise, because it’s a business district, you know, more populated, brand new building, air conditioning. So, a lot of plus factors for us to go down there.

"The building is beautiful, and it’s coming along. By next weekend we should get out of here."

As previously reported in eNews Park Forest, the move was precipitated when landlord Lucy Bibbs sent letters to Fiorenzo and the owners of Faso Pizza informing them they would have to leave. The owners of Faso Pizza have since closed their doors in Park Forest, finding the move too cost prohibitive. Fiorenzo said her relationship with Bibbs recently has been more amiable, "Actually, she’s been very nice. I told her I was hoping to get out by the 15th, and if I couldn’t I’d pay her for the second part of the month. But it looks like we’re on schedule and I’ll only have to do to the 15th."

The business is scheduled to open at its new location on Monday, September 17.
