Conspiracy to Commit Bank Fraud
Hammond, IN-(ENEWSPF)- Tarrell Sims, 37 years old, of Country Club Hills, Illinois, was sentenced by United States District Court Judge Philip P. Simon after pleading guilty to two counts of Conspiracy to Commit Bank Fraud, announced United States Attorney Clifford D. Johnson.
Sims was sentenced to 60 months in prison followed by 2 years of supervised release and was ordered to pay $389,135.20 in restitution to the victim bank.
