Alabama Man Sentenced for Stolen Identity Refund Fraud Using Names Stolen from Nursing Homes

Washington, DC—(ENEWSPF)—December 18, 2014. A Pike Road, Alabama, man was sentenced to serve 51 months in prison today for committing stolen identity refund fraud (SIRF) crimes, announced Acting Deputy Assistant Attorney General Larry J. Wszalek for the Justice Department’s Tax Division and U.S. Attorney George L. Beck Jr. for the Middle District of Alabama.
