California Businessman Sentenced to Prison for Conspiring to Defraud the IRS

Washington, DC—(ENEWSPF)—December 5, 2013. Gary Mach, of Palm Desert, Calif., was sentenced to 16 months in prison, two months of house arrest, and 18 months of probation and ordered to pay $270,725 in restitution to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the Justice Department and IRS announced today.  Mach previously pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud the United States on Aug. 18, 2013.
