FLORIDA–(ENEWSPF)–March 1, 2016. Michael Daniel Rubens, 31, formerly of Tallahassee, Florida, was sentenced today to 10 years in prison, a $15,000 fine and $1,550 in restitution for cyberstalking, unauthorized access to a protected computer and aggravated identity theft. The sentence was announced by Acting U.S. Attorney Christopher P. Canova for the Northern District of Florida.
