Springfield, IL-(ENEWSPF)- The United States Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois Stephen R. Wigginton announced today that on November 15, 2013, Paul R. Kramer, 63, of Vincennes, Indiana, was sentenced to two years of probation, with six months of home confinement, and was ordered to pay fines and special assessments of $700 after pleading guilty to two counts of making false statements to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
