Springfield, IL-(ENEWSPF)- Dr. Mahmoud Yassin, 60, of Robinson, Illinois, pled guilty in federal district court for obstructing a criminal health care fraud investigator, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois, Stephen R.
