Springfield, IL-(ENEWSPF)- The United States Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois Stephen R. Wigginton announced today that Douglas W. Oliver, 47, of Fairview Heights, Illinois, pled guilty on August 21, 2013, to charges of conspiracy to distribute heroin, possession with intent to distribute heroin, and maintaining drug-involved premises.
