Washington, D.C.-(ENEWSPF)- The Justice Department announced July 25 that Tyree Davis Sr. of Flossmoor, Illinois, was arrested on an eight-count indictment charging him with obstruction of justice and filing fraudulent multi-billion-dollar liens against government employees. The indictment was returned on July 24, 2013, by a federal grand jury in Chicago.
