Hammond, IN-(ENEWSPF)- United States Attorney David Capp announced that Raymond Campos, a member of the Imperial Gangster street gang, pled guilty September 4 in U.S. District Court to racketeering conspiracy. Campos admitted to being a member of the Imperial Gangsters and participating in the operation of that criminal enterprise through shootings and homicides. Campos also agreed to cooperate with the government in its ongoing investigation into criminal gangs.
