Rockford, IL-(ENEWSPF)- A Roscoe, Illinois man pleaded guilty May 20 in federal court to two counts of transporting child pornography via the Internet.
In pleading guilty, Jason Nicoson, 35, admitted before U.S. District Court Judge Frederick J.
