Chicago, IL-(ENEWSPF)- FBI agents and officers from the Cicero Police Department arrested a 43-year-old Cicero man yesterday in connection with the July 27, 2012 robbery of the TCF Bank branch located at 2164 Bloomingdale Road in Glendale Heights, Illinois. Glenn A. Rodgers was taken into custody without incident at his residence, 6048 West Pershing Road in Cicero, Illinois.
