Hammond, IN-(ENEWSPF)- Acting United States Attorney Clifford D. Johnson announced that a federal grand jury has returned a 2-count indictment against a Hammond man, Charles Stroud, age 73, of Hammond, Indiana.
According to the indictment, between January 2015 and August 2016, Stroud received child pornography. On or about August 2016, Stroud was also found in possession of child pornography.
