Hammond, IN-(ENEWSPF)- Javier Castillo, 21, of Hammond, Indiana, was sentenced before District Court Judge Philip P. Simon for his role in a racketeering conspiracy as a member of the Latin Kings street gang, announced U.S. Attorney Thomas L. Kirsch II.
