Jamaican Citizen Pleads Guilty in Connection with International Lottery Scheme Based in Jamaica

Washington, DC—(ENEWSPF)—November 1, 2013. Oneike Mickhale Barnett pleaded guilty today in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in Ft.
