Department Continues to Litigate Against Apple Inc.
WASHINGTON–(ENEWSPF)–February 8, 2013. The Department of Justice announced today that it has reached a settlement with Holtzbrinck Publishers LLC, which does business as Macmillan, and will continue to litigate against Apple Inc. for conspiring with Macmillan and four of the other largest U.S. book publishers to raise e-book prices to consumers.
