Justice Department Settles with Rite Aid of Michigan Over Alleged HIV Discrimination

Washington, DC—(ENEWSPF)—February 4, 2014. The Justice Department announced today that, as part of its Barrier-Free Health Care Initiative, it has reached a settlement with Rite Aid of Michigan to resolve claims that Rite Aid violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
