Hammond, IN-(ENEWSPF)- United States Attorney David A. Capp announced today that a criminal complaint was filed against Nicholas Baez, a/k/a “Cali”, 22, of Hammond, Indiana for causing the death of another through the use of a firearm in connection with a narcotics conspiracy.
