Springfield, IL-(ENEWSPF)- Stephen R. Wigginton, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois, announced that Ramsey Z. Fakhouri, 22, of Troy, Michigan, was sentenced July 11 in federal district court in East St. Louis for Bank Robbery.
