Owner and Patient Recruiter Sentenced to Prison for Their Roles in $258.5 Million Medicare Fraud Scheme

Washington, DC—(ENEWSPF)—October 31, 2014. An owner and operator of two community mental health centers in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and a patient recruiter for a community mental health center in Houston, Texas, were sentenced  to prison today for their involvement in a $258.5 million Medicare fraud scheme involving partial hospitalization psychiatric (PHP) services.
