Piro of the FBI’s Miami Field Office, Special Agent in Charge Shimon Richmond of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General’s Miami Region (HHS-OIG), Special Agent in Charge Michael D. Angelucci of the U.S. Railroad Retirement Board’s Office of Inspector General (RRB) and Special Agent in Charge John Khin of the Defense Criminal Investigative Service (DCIS).
