Rockford, IL-(ENEWSPF)- A Freeport man was sentenced April 9 by U.S. District Judge Frederick J. Kapala on a federal drug trafficking charge.
FRANK HOWARD, 36, was sentenced to 15 years in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release.
