South Bend, IN-(ENEWSPF)- James Kindig, age 53, of Mishawaka, Indiana, was sentenced before United States District Court Judge Jon E. DeGuilio upon his plea of guilty to possession of child pornography, announced U.S. Attorney Kirsch.
Kindig was sentenced to 41 months in prison followed by 5 years of supervised release and ordered to pay $48,750 in restitution.
