Park Forest, ILâ(ENEWSPF)â It wasn’t too late in the day, but a Chicago man was allegedly intoxicated with a heavy foot while driving on Lincoln Highway. Police charged the West Fillmore Street resident with DUI alcohol greater than .08 and driving 30 mph over the speed limit.
