Chicago — (ENEWSPF)–June 29, 2016. Attorney General Lisa Madigan announced charges against a former Rock Falls police detective for theft from the police department and drug dealing. Madigan also announced charges against three additional defendants for their participation in an alleged drug conspiracy in Lee and Whiteside counties. All four defendants have been arrested.
