Springfield–(ENEWSWPF)–March 4, 2013. Attorney General Lisa Madigan announced today the filing of a settlement with a Union County firm accused of illegally dumping hazardous waste materials in an area landfill.
The settlement resolves a four-count complaint filed in Union County Circuit Court against Freeman Environmental Services, Inc., (FES) of Herrin.
