Chicago–(ENEWSPF)–May 9, 2013. Attorney General Lisa Madigan today filed a lawsuit against a Chicago area “storm chaser” home repair firm for failing to complete contracted projects and for failing to pay its supplier, resulting in thousands of dollars of liens put on customers’ homes.
