Springfield–(ENEWSPF)–April 18, 2013. Attorney General Lisa Madigan today filed a lawsuit and proposed an agreed settlement involving a Springfield area business for violating the National Do Not Call Registry by placing numerous solicitation calls to residents on the registry.
