Springfied, IL-(ENEWSPF)- Stephen R. Wigginton, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois, announced today that Marquise E. Ross, 24, of Chicago, Illinois, pled guilty September 1 to charges returned against him in an indictment by a Federal Grand Jury in November 2014. Specifically, Ross pled guilty to Conspiracy to Distribute Heroin in Marion County (Count 1); and Distribution of Heroin on two occasions in July, 2014, in Marion County (Counts 5 and 7).
