ROCKFORD —(ENEWSPF)–January 27, 2015. A former Sycamore, Ill. resident pleaded guilty today before U.S. District Judge Frederick J. Kapala to possessing child pornography. MICHAEL PODOLSKY, 27, now of Elkader, Iowa, admitted in the written plea agreement that on and prior to July 12, 2013, he owned and was in possession of a computer at his home in Sycamore that contained more than 600 images of children engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
