Washington, DC–(ENEWSPF)–October 30, 2012. The Department of Defense released today the Military Intelligence Program (MIP) appropriated top line budget for fiscal 2012. The total request, which includes both the base budget and Overseas Contingency Operations appropriations, is $21.5 billion.
