ST. CHARLES–(ENEWSPF)–January 26, 2011. The Illinois Department of Veterans’ Affairs (IDVA) today honored World War II U.S. Navy Veteran and St. Charles resident Betty Butler, as January 2011 Veteran of the Month at a ceremony at American Legion Post 342, 8 N. 2nd Ave., in St. Charles.
