WASHINGTON–(ENEWSPF)–March 5, 2011. Secretary Ray Mabus and Harvard University President Drew Faust signed an agreement on March 4 that will bring the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) program back to Harvard for the first time in 40 years.
