Washington, DC–(ENEWSPF)–November 4, 2012. The Department of Defense continues to flow forces, capabilities, and logistical supplies to the New York/New Jersey region in support of the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) response to Hurricane Sandy. The department continues to focus on following priorities: unwatering; power generation; and the distribution of fuel to first responder vehicles, emergency vehicles, and to the citizens of New Jersey and New York.
