Poverty Rate is Highest in 15 Years, Says U-M Professor

ANN ARBOR–(ENEWSPF)–March 6, 2013. The Great Recession leaves behind the largest number of long-term unemployed people, or 4.7 million, since records were first kept in 1948, according to research from the University of Michigan.
