Prohibition Fails to Reduce Teen Marijuana Use

Washington, D.C.–(ENEWSPF)–March 2, 2010.  A report released today by the Partnership for a Drug Free America shows that the number of American teenagers who use marijuana has increased for the first time in 10 years, with 25 percent of teens in grades 9 through 12 saying they’ve used marijuana in the past month, up from 19 percent.
