Washington, D.C.–(ENEWSPF)–December 12, 2013. Today, Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-CT) and Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) introduced the FAMILY Act of 2013, and the Center for American Progress released a package of analyses that make the case for why Americans need paid parental leave and illustrate the economic benefits of family and medical leave insurance.
