ACLU Comment on U.S. Supreme Court Action on Wisconsin Voter ID Law

WASHINGTON –(ENEWSPF)–October 9, 2014.  By a 6-3 vote, the U.S. Supreme Court today vacated an appeals court order that had allowed Wisconsin’s voter ID law to take effect.​ The ACLU is challenging the law, which had been declared unconstitutional by a federal judge in April.
