Appeals Court Strikes Down Discriminatory DOMA, Congress Should Repeal It

Washington, DC–(ENEWSPF)–October 18, 2012. The Second Circuit Court of Appeals today ruled that section 3 of the Defense of Marriage Act, which prohibits the federal government from recognizing same-sex marriages sanctioned by the states, is unconstitutional.
