Washington, D.C.–(ENEWSPF)–March 14, 2014. Today, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, or HHS, released new guidance clarifying that the Affordable Care Act prohibits insurers from discriminating against same-sex spouses who wish to purchase health coverage as a family.
