Friend of the Earth: Bye Bye Boehner — House Speaker Resigns to Forestall Shutdown

WASHINGTON, D.C. —(ENEWSPF)—September 25, 2015.  This morning it was reported that House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) plans to end his five year tenure as Speaker of the House, and resign from Congress in October.
