Today, the Senate Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing on an unconstitutional 20-week abortion ban and other plans to curtail Americans’ constitutional right to access abortion. This hearing comes days after Republican members of the Judiciary Committee reaffirmed their refusal to hold hearings or vote on any Supreme Court nominee.
