National Conference Of State Legislatures Endorses Resolution Calling For Marijuana To Be Descheduled

Boston, MA–(ENEWSPF)–August 11, 2017. The National Conference of State Legislatures has endorsed a resolution calling for marijuana to be removed from the US Controlled Substances Act (CSA). The plant and all of its organic constituents are classified under federal law as a schedule I controlled substance – the most restrictive categorization available.
