NRDC: City of Chicago Denies Petcoke Enclosure Delay Request

CHICAGO—(ENEWSPF)–February 17, 2015 – Yesterday, the City of Chicago denied a request from KCBX to delay enclosure of their controversial petcoke piles on the city’s Southeast Side.
