City of Chicago Releases Video of Fatal Shooting of Paul O’Neal by Police

CHICAGO–(ENEWSPF)–August 5, 2016.  Chicago police have released footage showing the shooting of 18-year-old Paul O’Neal. The videos were taken by police car dashboard cameras and police body cameras.
