Park Forest Youth Commission to Host Teen Job Fair on Saturday, April 15


Park Forest, IL—(ENEWSPF)—April 9, 2017. The Park Forest Youth Commission hosts a teen job fair on Saturday, April 15, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Park Forest’s Village Hall, 350 Victory Drive.

The event is intended for Park Forest youth ages 16 to 25. Those 15 years of age must have a work permit. Recruiters will be in attendance from Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Family Video, Park Forest’s Recreation and Parks Department, the Park Forest Police Department’s Police Athletic and Activities Center, and many more local organizations.

Park Forest teens graduating from high school in 2017 are reminded that scholarship dollars are available through the Park Forest Youth Commission and the Village of Park Forest. The application deadline for both scholarship programs is April 14.
