California Firm Recalls Teriyaki Beef Jerky Products

WASHINGTON–(ENEWSPF)–Dec. 30, 2010 – Bach Cúc Beef Jerky, Inc., a South El Monte, Calif., establishment, is recalling approximately 3,874 pounds of teriyaki beef jerky products because they contain an undeclared allergen, wheat, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. Wheat is a known allergen, which is not declared on the label.
