During a routine inspection at Ludwig Dairy Products, Inc., in Dixon, Illinois, the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) found pasteurizing equipment operating improperly, potentially allowing raw milk to be mixed with pasteurized milk and sold in dairy products.
