Washington, DC—(ENEWSPF)—August 11, 2011.

Summary: Triumph is recalling certain model year 2011 – 2012 Sprint GT, Tiger 800 and Tiger 800 XC motorcycles manufactured from June 2010 through June 2011. The top box locking handle is missing a clip on the locking mechanism and thus it is possible that the top box may detach from the machine.

Consequence: If the top box falls from the motorcycle, it could strike another vehicle, increasing the risk of…
