CHICAGO–(ENEWSPF)–November 2, 2012. Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) Director Dr. LaMar Hasbrouck is reporting a second probable case of fungal meningitis associated with the use of an epidural steroid injection medication. The investigation is ongoing.
